SCM (Pvt) Limited has a specialized team in predictive maintenance and risk assessment techniques, providing alternative strategies to our clients for managing their Civil, MEP, and HVAC assets through our Annual Monthly Contracts (AMC). These contracts undertake Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), including corrective maintenance whenever required.
